1. From August 17, 2023, the opening hours of the Consular Hall of the Office of the Chargé d'Affaires of China in Lithuania will be adjusted to 9:30-17:00 every Thursday. 

2. To apply for visa, notarization, certification, etc., please come to the Office directly with relevant materials, no appointment required. 

3. Individuals who have visited China with M-Visa several times can apply for multiple entry M-visa valid for more than 12 months. 

4. From August 17, 2023 to December 31, 2023, eligible applicants for business, tourism, family visit, transit, and crew visas for one or two entries will be exempt from fingerprint collection. 

5. Passport and travel permit applications for Chinese citizens are still submitted online through the "China Consular Affairs" APP.
